What is a typical class like?

A typical class looks like this:

Warm up – We start with a group led warm up of calisthenics and stretching

Technique – One of our instructors will guide the class through a technique. You will have a chance to practice and drill the technique with a partner, while the instructor makes themselves available for answering questions or offering feedback.

Rolling – You will have the opportunity to try out your skills and practice your technique with a partner.

Is it a good workout ?

Jiu-Jitsu is an amazing workout! You don’t need to work out in order to get “fit enough” to join the class  – your fitness will come by training with us!
